HP has launched three new laptops in the ZBook series- ZBook Studio G8, ZBook Power G8, and ZBook Fury G8. All three laptops are powered by the latest 11th-Gen Intel Core H-series processors and can be equipped with either Nvidia or AMD GPU. The new laptops feature a 15.6-inch 4K display, while the ZBook Fury G8 also has a 17.3-inch display option.

HP ZBook Studio G8 Specifications

HP ZBook Studio G8 is powered by the latest 11th-Generation Intel Core i9-11950H CPU, paired with either Nvidia RTX A5000 graphics card with 16GB GDDR6 VRAM or Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 graphics card also with 16GB GDDR6 VRAM. The CPU is backed by up to 32GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 512GB of PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD storage.

Coming to the display, it features a 15.6-inch 4K Ultra-HD OLED panel with a resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels and multi-touch support. The display has 100-percent DCI-P3 color coverage, a peak brightness of 400 nits, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6.

The laptop carries an 83WHr battery. HP claims that the battery can last up to 9 hours and 30 minutes in a single full charge. It ships with Bang and Olufsen-tuned speaker system that comprises two tweeters and two woofers. Input/output ports include two Thunderbolt 4 ports, a Mini DisplayPort 1.4, an HDMI 2.1 port, a USB Type-A port, and a headphone/ microphone combo jack. Connectivity options like Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 (2×2) and Bluetooth v5.0 are on offer. It weighs 1.79kg.

HP ZBook Fury G8 Specifications

HP ZBook Fury G8 is offered in two CPU options- Intel Core i9-11950H CPU and Intel Xeon W-11955M CPU. The CPU can be paired with either Nvidia RTX A5000 16GB GPU or AMD Radeon Pro W6600M 8GB GPU.

Coming to the display, the laptop is also offered in two sizes- 15.6-inch and 17.3-inch. Both the models feature a 4K Ultra-HD IPS panel with 3,840 x 2,160 pixels resolution and a 120Hz fast refresh rate. Both the displays have 100-percent DCI-P3 coverage and are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6. The 15-inch variant has a peak brightness of 600 nits, while a peak brightness of 550 nits is offered on the 17-inch variant.

Both the models carry a 94WHr battery and dual stereo speakers tuned by Bang and Olufsen. Input/output ports in the 15-inch model include two USB Type-A ports, a Mini DisplayPort 1.4, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, an HDMI 2.0 port, and a 3.5mm headphone/audio jack, whereas, the 17-inch model has an extra USB Type-A port. The 15.6-inch model weighs 2.35kg and the 17.3-inch model weighs 2.76kg.

HP ZBook Power G8 Specifications

HP ZBook Power G8 draws power from Intel Core i9-11950H CPU that can be paired with Nvidia RTX A2000 GPU that has 4GB GDDR6 VRAM. The processor is backed by up to 64GB of LPDDR4 RAM and up to 512GB (with expansion up to 2TB) PCIe Gen4 NVMe M.2 SSD storage. 

As for the display, it sports a 15.6-inch 4K Ultra-HD IPS panel with a resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels. It has 100-percent sRGB coverage and a peak brightness of 400 nits. The laptop carries an 83WHr battery.

HP ZBook Fury G8 2021

It ships with dual stereo speakers tuned by Bang and Olufsen. Input/output ports include a Thunderbolt 4 port, three USB Type-A ports, an HDMI 2.0 port, and a headphone/ mic combo jack. For connectivity, it comes with Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 (2×2) and Bluetooth v5.0. It weighs 1.89kg.

All three laptops can be equipped with Windows 10, Ubuntu, FreeDOS, or Linux OS. HP has not revealed any details regarding the pricing of the laptops. The laptops will be available in certain countries from July 2021. The Indian availability of laptops is wildly uncertain.
