Royal Enfield has finally launched the 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan in India with a starting price tag of Rs.2.01 Lakh onwards (ex-showroom). However, the all-new adventure tourer now comes with minor updates including the Tripper Navigation system.

Updates on the 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan include the all-new Tripper navigation system, redesigned tank guard and three new color schemes on offer. The layout of the instrument cluster remains similar as before. However, there is an additional digital meter for the navigation system. Also, the updated color schemes on the 2021 Royal Enfield includes Gravel Grey, Rock Red and Lake Blue. Apart from this, the other three colors are the same that were offered on the outgoing variant.

The suspension setup on the updated Himalayan is a 41mm telescopic fork at the front and a monoshock unit at the rear. Further, the updated bike comes with disc brakes on both ends with switchable ABS for enhanced stopping power.

The engine that powers the 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan is a 411cc single-cylinder oil-cooled unit. It was recently updated as per the BS6 emission norms and can produce a massive 24.3BHP of power and 32Nm of torque. Further, the bike now comes with a five-speed gearbox.

Currently, the 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan range is costlier by Rs.10,000. Earlier, the BS6 compliant Himalayan was priced at Rs.1.92 Lakh onwards. Also, Royal Enfield is all set to introduce an all-new 650cc bike in India.
