Suzuki has recently launched the 2021 Suzuki GSX-R125 in Japan and this time there are no major updates on the entry-level motorcycle. Further, as a part of the update, Suzuki has recently introduced a new dual-tone color scheme known as the Stronger Red with Titan Black. Apart from this, there are two color schemes already available for the Suzuki GSX-R125, precisely – Triton Blue Metalic and Titan Black.

  • Suzuki has recently launched the 2021 Suzuki GSX-R125 in Japan.
  • It is now available with a new Stronger Red with Titan Black dual-tone color scheme.
  • The engine on the updated Suzuki GSX-R125 still remains the same as before.

The suspension setup on the Suzuki GSX-R125 remains a telescopic fork at the front. Meanwhile, it comes equipped with a monoshock unit at the rear. Apart from this, the entry-level motorcycle is available with disc brakes for both the ends as well as ABS for enhanced safety. Other basic features such as LED headlight, all-digital instrument cluster and LED taillamps are still there on the 2021 Suzuki SX-R125.

The engine that powers the all-new Suzuki GSX-R125 is the same 124cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled unit. It churns out a massive 15BHP of power @ 10,000 RPM alongside a peak torque of 11Nm @ 8,000 RPM. Further, being a small capacity motor it comes paired to a 6-speed gearbox.

Suzuki is not introducing this entry-level motorcycle in India anytime soon. The major drawback here remains the same. If launched, this bike will reach the Indian shores either via the CBU or CKD route. Well, that again results in hefty import taxes and a higher price tag at the end.
