Suzuki Hayabusa has got a big fan following in India. This time, it is the third generation superbike that will be available for sale. To start with, Suzuki has managed to retain the iconic look of Hayabusa while adding almost all the modern features that we get on any superbike in today’s world. But, again it looks like that the Japanese bike manufacturer has traded it against some power.

Just to be precise, even the updated Hayabusa comes with a 1340cc four-cylinder engine. However, this time it is tuned in such a way that it produces 190HP alongside a peak torque of 150Nm. It is 7HP lesser when compared to the outgoing counterpart.

As earlier told, the power has been traded against multiple electronic aids. Therefore, to begin with, it comes with engine brake control, cornering ABS, launch control six-axis IMU and multiple ride modes to name a few.

Talking about the design, the all-new Hayabusa continues to get a sculpted fuel tank, LED headlamp setup and tall wind visor. Further, Suzuki has managed to introduce a multi-information display on the updated superbike with the older analogue displays. For your information, it now weighs around 264kgs due to a revised chassis alongside a new subframe.

The updates might disappoint customers in terms of performance. However, it is now as impactful as any other modern superbike in today’s world. The last recorded price of Hayabusa was 13.75 Lakhs (ex-showroom, pan India). But, one can expect it to be costlier than before.

Kawasaki has recently introduced the BS-6 version of Ninja ZX-10R back in March 2021. The Japanese bike manufacturer has priced it at Rs.14.99 Lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). Feature-wise, the updated superbike comes with an all-LED lighting setup, TFT coloured instrument cluster and Smartphone connectivity just to name a few.

The engine that is available on the 2021 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R is a BS6 compliant 998cc liquid-cooled four-cylinder unit. Talking in numbers, it is extremely capable of producing 200BHP of power and a peak torque of 114Nm.
