To begin with, the front profile of the 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace now features a reworked grille alongside a new VW logo. Apart from this, even the headlight units are updated in terms of design as well as intensity. Also, two new colour shades including Oryx White and Kings Red Metallic are now a part of the palette. Volkswagen has also introduced chunky alloy wheels ranging from 17 to 20-inches just to enhance the overall look.

Inside the cabin, the German brand has worked a lot to level up the comfort. For instance, the front seats of the Tiguan Allspace are now available with heated function across all variants. Ofcourse, this particular function is not applicable for the Indian market as we get a single fully loaded variant here. Further, another change that keen observers will be able to identify is the Climatronic Touch interface for climate control. Other features such as electrically adjustable front seats, 15-colour ambient lighting, panoramic sunroof and updated touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto is now available as standard.

Under the hood, it is available with a 1.5-litre four-cylinder for the European market. Meanwhile, the other markets usually get a 2.0-litre four-cylinder TSI engine with two different tunings. To be precise, this motor either produces 190HP or 245HP with power channelled to all four wheels. Interestingly, the global market also comes with a 2.0-litre diesel motor which will not be coming to India.
