Recently, Tata Motors has rolled out the 2,00,000th unit of Tata Nexon from the Ranjangaon manufacturing plant, Pune and to be precise, it is able to bag a decent amount of sales every month.

Exterior & Design
The facelifted model of the Tata Nexon has received multiple updates. A new pair of slimmer LED headlights, new grille, tri arrow elements on the lower half, revised bumper, new fog lamp housing and tall bonnet hood is a part of them. The side profile remains more or less the same with the rear end featuring a large ‘NEXON’ badging and faux diffuser onboard.

Interior
The cabin of the new Nexon gets nicely contoured seats with a tri arrow design on the dashboard. On the driver’s side, it is available with a flat-bottom steering wheel, a fully digital instrument cluster and a large centre console among. Other features including voice alerts, electric sunroof, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 8-speaker surround sound system, etc are also there for a tech loaded atmosphere.
For added comfort, Tata offers the Xpress Cool feature on the Nexon with a cooled glovebox and automatic climate control keeping in mind the tropical environment.
Engine & Powertrain
Unlike other SUVs, Tata Nexon uses a 1.2-litre three-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine. Yes, it is a three-cylinder unit that churns out 118BHP of power and 170Nm of peak torque.
Apart from this, another 1.5-litre four-cylinder turbocharged motor that produces 108BHP of power and 260Nm of peak torque is there as a fuel-efficient alternative.
A 6-speed manual or a similarly configured automatic gearbox is there to handle the transmission duties for the facelift model.
