Aprilia RS 660
Starting with the design language, the Aprilia RS660 remains true to its sports bike character. Based on the RSV4, it comes with twin-pod LED headlamps, a tall windscreen and TFT-instrument console to name a few. A palette full of new colours has also been introduced on the new RS660. To be precise, it includes Black Apex, Acid Gold and Lava Red while enhancing the overall bodywork with sportier graphics.
At the heart, it will be featuring a powerful 659cc twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. The overall output from this setup is rated at 100BHP and 67Nm with several electronic aids such as traction control, engine brake control and cornering ABS available as standard. Interestingly, to alter the riding dynamics, Aprilia has also decided to introduce five ride modes including – Commute, Challenge, Time Attack, Dynamic and Individual.
Using a dual-beam, frame, Aprilia RS660 sits on a 41mm Kayaba USD fork at the front. For the back, this sports bike is available with a monoshock unit and to be precise, it can be adjusted for preload as well as rebound.
The exact launch date is not out yet. However, customers who wish to own the RS660 can place their bookings even now.
