Everyone wants to protect their rich heritage and if it is Aston Martin then they definitely have some serious history to let the coming generation know about it.

Recently, while celebrating the hundredth anniversary of its oldest A3 model, the carmaker has decided to introduce a limited edition of the Vantage Roadster as a tribute. Only three units of the same will be manufactured in collaboration with AMHT and the brand’s coachbuilding division known as Q by Aston Martin.

Exterior & Design

The brand’s entire bespoke team knows their job quite well. Taking their help, the British marque has introduced a revised grille with aluminium surround, bronze brake callipers, 20-inch lightweight gloss black wheels and exposed aluminium bonnet with strap onboard.

Several Aston Martin’s Heritage branding with the company’s latest logo can also be witnessed on the all-new Vantage A3 Roadster.

Interior

Perforated seats definitely help you breathe a little better. Therefore, expect the all-new Aston Martin Vantage A3 Roadster to get similarly treated seats with Chestnut Tan leather and stitching across the cabin. It’s sportier than ever with a flat-bottom steering wheel, floating infotainment system, climate control and a nicely designed centre console. Adequate use of brass can also be witnessed to give everyone a glimpse of the brand’s rich heritage.

Engine & Powertrain

The limited-edition Vantage Roadster will continue to feature a Mercedes sourced 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine. The heart of this powerful sports car will remain untouched with an overall output of 510HP and 685Nm of peak torque while being mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox as standard.

Performance-wise, it can clock a triple-digit speed in just 3.5 seconds. Similarly, the top speed from the same stands at 306kmph.

Other details

At the final event, Aston Martin will feature this special edition sports roadster with several other cars including:

  • Pre-war Aston Martin & Lagonda vehicles
  • Feltham era vehicles of the DB2 family
  • V8 vehicles (1968-2000) etc among others.

Apart from this, the current range of Aston Martin cars including DB11, DBX, Vantage and DBS Superleggera will also be there for the event. The carmaker is now accepting bookings for the Tribute Edition Aston Martin Vantage A3 Roadster.
