Audi revealed the 2021 Audi S3 Sedan and Sportback. The Audi S3 was first launched in 2000 as a sports sedan. However, the new generation of Audi S3 is all set to launch in North America this month.

The all-new Audi S3 will now be available with a sedan as well as a sportback body style. The new Audi S3 will be equipped with an Audi single-frame grille, DRLs, large diffuser, 18-inch alloy wheels, and four exhaust tailpipes. However, the optional feature on offer is the 19-inch alloy wheels and Matrix LED headlights unit.

Audi S3 sedan is now 40mm longer and 30mm wider while the sportback variant is now 30mm longer than before and 30mm wider. The total length of the Audi S3 sedan now is around 4500mm and the sportback is 4340mm. However, the width and height of both the body styles remain the same by 1820mm and 1430mm respectively.

The boot space of the Audi S3 sedan is 370 litres while the Audi S3 Sportback can carry 325 litres of luggage.

The interior is designed as the driver-oriented. The virtual cockpit, air vents, 10.25-inch digital display is offered as standard. However, the ‘Plus’ variant comes with a 12.3-inch digital display unit. The sports seats in the Audi S3 are made up of recyclable PET bottles. Meanwhile, the infotainment system is a voice command unit.

Multiple safety features such as the drive assist feature and Audi pre sense front, swerve assist with turn assist, and lane departure warning is included as standard. Likewise, the cruise assist helps with longitudinal and lateral guidance.

The all-new Audi S3 will be powered by a 2.0 TFSi engine which produces 310BHP of power and 400Nm of torque. The car can do a 0-100kmph in just 4.8 seconds while the top speed is expected to be around 250kmph.

The Audi S3 models will arrive in the European market by August 2020. However, the launch of the Audi S3 is still a matter of suspicion in India.
