Where Huracan STO was more track-oriented, Lamborghini wanted to come up with a slightly practical version of the same. The R&D team along with the engineers have worked really hard and that’s the only reason why we are finally witnessing the absolutely balanced sibling from the Huracan family called Tecnica.

Expectations are obviously high and gladly, this new supercar has managed to do a great job on the aerodynamic front. The all-new Hurcan Tecnica now produces 35% more downforce when compared to the Evo. Meanwhile, talking about the drag, it has been reduced by 20% to extract the most out of the entire setup.

Certain enhancements like a new carbon fibre hood and a revised bumper with massive air intakes also act as a game-changer. Coming directly to the stopping power, Lamborghini claims that the Huracan Tecnica has been equipped with ceramic brakes along with proper air ducts for additional cooling. The 20-inch wheels are wrapped with Bridgestone Potenza tyres. This way, the entire modification on the older setup has managed to bring a massive change in terms of drivability.

Lamborghini even claims that the Huracan Tecnica have the ability to do a 0-200kmph in just 9.1 seconds with a top speed rated at 325kmph. With reference to the engine available on the Evo, this one is tuned to produce around 30 horsepower more making it proficient on the track.

Another performance-enhancing feature that Lamborghini is relying on is the brand’s Dinamica Veicolo Integrata (LDVI) system. The all-new Huracan Tecnica is equipped with the same to alter the overall performance as per the requirement via three drive modes, namely – Sport, Strada and Corsa.

The carmaker wants the upcoming owners to take full charge of this new supercar. As a result, the power from the engine is deployed to the rear wheels as standard. Well, that’s drifting made easy!
