After the successful launch of the BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe in India, the company has again launched the limited edition for the same at Rs. 42.30 Lakh (ex-showroom, pan India). Meanwhile, the German carmaker calls it BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe “Black Shadow” edition.
Coming to the cosmetic updates, BMW is offering a rear spoiler, 18-inch alloy wheels, mirror caps, tailpipe finishers, and a redesigned grille at the front among others. All these elements get a chrome or a matte black finishing that enhances the look of the all-new sedan. However, the all-new limited edition 2 Series Gran Coupe gets two color schemes including Alpine White and Black Sapphire.
Inside the cabin, the BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe Black Shadow edition remains the same. However, it comes equipped with a panoramic sunroof, sports seats with memory function, ambient lighting and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system placed at the center console.
Under the hood, the limited edition sedan gets the same 2.0L turbo diesel engine. Meanwhile, it produces a massive 190BHP of power with a peak torque of 400Nm. Apart from this, the engine comes mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox.
At the time of launch, BMW has specified that only 24 units will be available for sale as it is a limited edition offer. Meanwhile, customers can book the new BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe Black Shadow edition on BMW online shop.
