BMW has revealed the MINI Convertible Sidewalk Edition globally. However, only 15 units of the MINI Convertible Sidewalk Edition will be available for sale globally.

The engine that powers the MINI Convertible Sidewalk Edition is a 2.0L four-cylinder TwinPower turbo engine. It produces 189BHP of power and a peak torque of 280Nm. With such numbers, MINI Convertible can do a 0-100 kmph in just 7.1 seconds. The top speed of the convertible hatchback is somewhere around 230 kmph. Meanwhile, the engine on the MINI Convertible Sidewalk Edition comes paired to a seven-speed Steptronic unit.

Safety features such as dual front airbags, crash sensor, run-flat indicator, ABS, Cornering Brake Control (CBC), Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), Brake Assist (BA), etc are offered on the limited edition MINI Convertible.

However, inside the cabin, MINI Convertible Sidewalk Edition comes with the Anthracite leather seats, start/stop button, ambient lighting and an informative cockpit. Meanwhile, with the signature rounded headlamps MINI Convertible Sidewalk Edition gets a projector setup. Other than this, the Deep Laguna Metallic shade, honeycomb gille, Z-folding soft top with geaometric patterns and bigger air intakes gives the MINI Convertible Sidewalk Edition a refreshing look.

The limited edition MINI Convertible can only be brought through the CBU route. However, to book the MINI Convertible Sidewalk Edition one can go throught the MINI Official website. In India, the luxury convertible hatchback is priced at 44.90 lakh onwards.
