BMW Motorrad has decided to update almost all the premium bikes in their lineup. The BMW S 1000 RR, S 1000 XR, K 1600GT, and the K 1600GTL along with the other 7 motorbikes in the lineup are likely to receive the updates.
BMW has decided to keep the updates for the model year 2021. The orders can be placed from August, this year. However, too many optional changes may not be offered until December. The company is still trying to offer as many as possible by October itself.
The BMW S 1000RR to get the all-new “Black Storm” metallic color while replacing the non-metallic Racing Red. All the new bikes to be Euro 5 compliant. The optional kit to be offered consists of a sports silencer, M titanium exhaust system, USB charging port, M endurance chain, and two packages known to be as the Sports package and the M milled parts package will also be available.
The BMW S 1000XR now offers three more color options – the Light White, Racing Blue, and Racing Red. Sports windshield, core screen, tank cover, and sports silencer to be offered. Meanwhile, the BMW S 1000XR even offers a tour package.
BMW R1250R now cannot disengage its ABS. Even the particular model dropped the Pollux metallic matt, Style exclusive, and option 719 Stardust metallic color schemes. However, now the new Style exclusive mineral grey metallic is offered with the 2021 model. The new BMW R1250R to comes with many optional kits.
The BMW K 1600GT and K 1600GTL along with BMW K 1600B, BMW R1250RS, and BMW R18 to get the similar optional kits. The company is planning to make a comeback while the pandemic is still going on.
