Customers Can Now Book Jeep Compass Facelift; Launch Expected By Q1 2021

Jeep India has started the bookings for the 2021 Compass facelift. Meanwhile, customers can book the Jeep Compass facelift by visiting the nearest dealership. Apart from this, the company is expected to launch the all-new Compass by January 2021.

On the outside, the all-new Jeep Compass will come up with an updated chrome grille. Meanwhile, the headlamps are now sleeker with LED DRLs, a newly designed bumper and a new set of alloy wheels. However, the front bumper on the 2021 Jeep Compass will come equipped with large air dams for proper cooling.

Inside the cabin, the Jeep Compass facelift will come with a newly designed dashboard finished in double-stitched leather. Apart from this, the all-new 10.1-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system comes with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Further, the SUV also gets a new 3-spoke steering wheel and an all-digital instrument cluster.

Under the hood, the 2021 Jeep Compass is expected to come with the same engine options. Meanwhile, the current trim is powered by a 1.4L turbocharged petrol engine that produces 163BHP of power. Apart from this, there is a 2.0L turbocharged diesel engine that churns out a massive 173BHP of power. Further, both the engine comes mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox. However, when coming to the automatic transmission, the petrol engine comes paired to a 7-speed DCT gearbox while the diesel engine with a 9-speed automatic gearbox.

In India, the upcoming Jeep Compass facelift will rival Tata Hexa, Hyundai Tucson, Mahindra XUV500 and Honda CR-V.
