The Delhi based tech startup company Detel has already delivered the cheapest phone and LED TV in India. The company is now all set to launch the most affordable two-wheeler.

Detel recently announced the launch of Detel Easy EV. The Detel Easy EV is basically a small 2-wheeler for commuting nearby places without any hassle. Meanwhile, Detel even announced its collaboration with Bajaj Finserv for the easy EMI option which will make this EV more accessible.

The electric two-wheeler while being affordable is powered by a 250W electric motor. Alongside the electric motor, it will come with a 48V 12AH lithium iron phosphate battery. The battery takes around 7-8 hours to charge entirely.

The fully charged Detel Easy EV can cover a distance of around 60 km. While the top speed of the two-wheeler is limited to 25kmph. Detel is planning to offer 3 color options with the EV that will be Jet Black, Pearl White, and Metallic Red.

The owner of the Detel Easy EV does not have to register the vehicle. Similarly, the rider does not need to have a driving license to ride this two-wheeler. Detel is also offering a free helmet to the buyers.

After the Delhi Government has introduced the new EV policy many competitors are now working on EVs. Detel being a tech startup has now introduced its new product as an electric two-wheeler.

The Detel Easy EV is priced at ₹19,999 and can be purchased on Detel’s official website.
