Ford has recently started the DIAL-A-FORD doorstep service. The service aims to provide the customers contactless door to door servicing of their vehicles at home. The Dial-a-Ford service enables the customer to get the minor repairs and maintenance work done at home without visiting the service station.

The DIAL-A-FORD doorstep service allows the service station to walk to your home as the company claims. Any Ford customer can avail of this service by calling the helpline number with no extra cost.
Where the service is available?
Right now the company is offering its service in around 19 cities. Currently, it is available in Ahmedabad, Aurangabad, Bhubaneshwar, Bengaluru, Cochin, Chennai, Delhi, Faridabad, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Noida, Pune, Trivandrum, and Thane. The service to be available in many other cities soon.
Many other carmakers already started the on door service. Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Toyota, and Hyundai have are the ones to start their door to door services.
Ford is now planning to launch its Ford Mustang 2021 next year. Meanwhile, the company is also planning to launch its hatchback the Ford Figo within this month.
