One step to a greener tomorrow. That’s what the entire automotive industry is trying to achieve so that they could sustain in long term. Last year, Harley Davidson announced its new subsidiary, the ‘LiveWire’ so that they could entirely focus on the brand’s future in electric mobility.

Interestingly, LiveWire has finally rolled out the new One at $21,999, which is again a fully electric motorcycle from the brand for the global market.

There are tons of modern features on the all-new One. To begin with, it gets multiple ride modes (Road, Range, Rain and Sport), multi-level traction control (Low, Medium and High), a fully digital instrument console and Smartphone connectivity for all the details related to the bike.

Harley Davidson states that LiveWire One can be charged from 0-100 per cent in just 60 minutes. Meanwhile, it can also juice up from 0-80 per cent in just 45 minutes with a DC charger onboard.

The new LiveWire One is said to be available with an electric motor that propels 105HP and 116.6Nm of torque. According to the brand, the claimed range from this all-new electric bike stands somewhere around 235km making it a perfect option for everyday commutes. The overall range on highways stands at just 110km.

Performance-wise, we can expect it to clock a triple-digit speed in just 3 seconds. Meanwhile, the top speed from the same is rated at 180kmph.

Although, Harley Davidson has already revealed the new LiveWire One globally. But the new electric bike will also make its official debut on 18th July at IMS California for live experience.

Harley Davidson’s Plan For India

Harley Davidson is back to India in collaboration with Hero MotoCorp for sales, services and distribution operations. As per the agreement, Hero MotoCorp will be developing and selling the premium range of Harley Davidson motorcycles in the Indian market. Currently, several motorcycles including Iron 883, Forty-Eight, Street Bob, Fat Bob, and Pan America 1250 among others are available for sale in India.

The brand has not announced anything related to the launch of LiveWire One in India yet.
