Hero MotoCorp has recently crossed the 100 million mark in terms of production. Meanwhile, to celebrate this huge milestone, the Indian bike manufacturer is ready to roll out its entire portfolio with a 100 million limited edition livery. Hero has already introduced Splendour, Passion Pro, Glamour, Maestro, etc. to name a few in their special avatar.

However, it was time for the Hero Xtreme 160R 100 Million Edition to roll out and the company did exactly the same. The all-new Xtreme 160R 100 Million Edition is now available at your nearest dealership at Rs.1.08 Lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi).

HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Hero has finally launched the Hero Extreme 160R 100 Million Edition.

The only change one might be able to notice on the all-new Xtreme 160R Limited Edition is the dual-tone color scheme. This dual-tone color goes all the way from headlamp housing to the rear end. Also, this dual-tone color is only available with a shade of red with white. Apart from this, the bike remains exactly similar to the regular variant. This way, it is still available with an LED headlamp unit, hazard switch and a fully digital instrument cluster among others.

At the heart, even the 100 Million Edition Xtreme comes with a 163cc single-cylinder engine. It is capable of producing a decent 15HP along with a peak torque of 14Nm. Further, this engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

Mechanically, it gets a Showa 37mm telescopic forks upfront and a monoshock setup at the rear. However, Hero Xtreme 160R 100 Million Limited Edition will only be available with disc brakes on both ends. The regular variant is also available with a drum brake (Rs.1.05 Lakhs) at the back which is obviously affordable than the dual disc variant.
