Honda has recently updated the Honda X Blade as per the BS6 emission norms. However, it is the first time that Honda has hiked the price of the Honda X Blade after its launch.

The starting price of Honda X Blade was ₹1,05,325 while now it comes with a new piece tag of ₹1,06,027. Eventually, the price of the Honda X Blade has been increased by ₹702. Honda X Blade has always been known for its unique robot shaped headlights. However, no significant changes can be seen on the updated BS6 variant of Honda X Blade. The instrument cluster of the Honda X Blade is a digital unit which consists of the gear position indicator, service due indicator as well as the clock along with other basic information. The bike looks amazing on the 17-inch alloy wheels which enhances the overall profile. It is available in 4 color options – Matte Marvel Blue, Matte Axis Grey, Pearl Spartan Red, and Pearl Igneous Black.

The Honda X Blade runs on a 162.7cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine that produces 13.5bhp of power and 14.7Nm of torque. However, the old carburetor is now replaced with the fuel injection system which is the only update when compared to the BS4 variant. It can do a 0-100kmph in just 7.7 seconds.

The braking duties on Honda X Blade are undertaken by a disc brake at the front. Meanwhile, the rear comes with an optional disc brake while the lower variant comes with a drum unit. The bike is also single-channel ABS that acts as an additional safety feature.

Honda X Blade rivals the Suzuki Gixxer, Bajaj Pulsar NS 160, TVS Apache RTR 160, Yamaha FZ-F, and Hero Xtreme 160 in India.
