After facing a hard time automobile sector is trying to revive. With this said, Hyundai is now offering discounts of up to ₹60,000 in the month of August. The company has recently announced discounts on the BS6 variants of its hatchbacks and sedans. Hyundai sold around 38,200 units in July 2020. However, the sales figure for July 2019 was 39,010 units which show degrowth of 2.1% when compared to 2020.

Hyundai Grand i10

First launched in 2013, Hyundai is still continuing its Grand i10 with new updated features. Hyundai is offering a discount of ₹60,000 on the two mid variants of Hyundai Grand i10. The discount consists of the cash discount of ₹40,000, an exchange bonus of ₹15,000, and a corporate discount of ₹5,000.

Hyundai Santro

Hyundai Santro rivals the top-selling Maruti Suzuki Wagon R and Tata Tiago. However, the car could not establish such great popularity when compared to its rivals. Offered with a 1.1L engine, Santro comes with a manual as well as an automatic transmission. It is priced between ₹4.57-₹6.25 lakh (ex-showroom). The discounts on offer with the Hyundai Santro are up to ₹45,000.

Hyundai Elite i20

The most popular hatchback by Hyundai is about to end its tenure with the current generation model. However, Hyundai still updated it to a BS6 compliant variant. With around three trims on offer, Hyundai Elite i20 now offers a discount of up to ₹35,000. Meanwhile, the major factor for the discounts on the Hyundai Elite i20 is supposed to be the release of the next-generation model.

Hyundai Elantra

Hyundai Elantra is the only executive sedan on offer by Hyundai India. The Elantra runs on a 2.0-litre petrol engine as well as a 1.5-litre diesel engine. However, the company is only offering an exchange bonus of ₹30,000 on the Elantra while no cash and corporate discounts are to be offered.

Hyundai Grand i10 Nios

Grand i10 Nios is the successor of Hyundai Grand i10. However, the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios comes with the premium features which enable it to rival the Maruti Suzuki Swift and Ford Figo. Hyundai is offering discounts of up to ₹25,000 on the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios.

Hyundai Aura

Lastly, the Hyundai Aura comes with the same powertrain which is offered in the Grand i10 Nios. However, the Hyundai Aura comes with a price tag of ₹5.80-9.23 lakh according to the variant. Hyundai is all set to offer a discount of ₹20,000 on the Aura.

The discounts on offer by Hyundai is for a limited period. Discount to be valid till 31 August. Meanwhile, Hyundai has made clear that it will not be offering any discounts on the Hyundai Creta and Verna.
