To begin with, there are two editions. The first one, also known as the Jawa Khakee Edition is here to represent the brave soldiers in their uniforms, always ready to serve the nation. On the other hand, the Midnight Grey Edition is here just to celebrate the Battle of Longewala, 1971 which was fought 50 years ago resulting in India’s victory over its opponent. Both the edition sports blacked-out handlebar, engine cover, side exhaust and rims for a final touch.

Interestingly, these bikes will also get an edition specific label that states ‘Commemorating 50 years of the 1971 war victory’ with tri-colour running across the fuel tank. According to Classic Legends, Jawa is the first bike manufacturer to feature such kind of symbol on a motorcycle that will be available for the public.

At the heart, both of them are available with a 293cc single-cylinder engine. The overall output from this unit stands at 27.33PS and 27.02Nm with a 6-speed gearbox as standard. The new range of Jawa motorcycles features the electronic fuel injection technology ultimately, resulting in a linear power delivery throughout.
