  • Jeep India has decided that the company will launch the 2021 Jeep Compass on 27th January.
  • The all-new Jeep Compass gets a completely redesigned interior.
  • Minor updates on the outside are also visible including the redesigned headlamps.

What all updates are there on the all-new Jeep Compass?

Multiple changes such as a new pair of headlights with DRLs, a redesigned front bumper and a sleeker pair of LED taillamps are expected on the 2021 Jeep Compass.

However, the major change can be felt inside the cabin as the carmaker has redesigned it really well. For instance, there is a new floating 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment screen, 10.25-inch instrument cluster, three-spoke alloy wheels, wireless charging pad, 360-degree parking assistance, ventilated seats, etc. available on the upcoming Jeep Compass. Further, the revamped AC vents and double-stitched leather finishing on the dashboard improves the premium appeal of the SUV to a much larger extent.

Two engines are being offered on the 2021 Jeep Compass. The first one is a 2.0L diesel motor that churns out 163HP alongside a peak torque of 350Nm. Whereas, another 1.4L turbocharged petrol engine can produce a maximum of 163HP with 250Nm of torque. Both the engines are mated to a six-speed manual gearbox as standard. However, customers can opt for a 9-speed torque converter with the diesel engine. Meanwhile, the petrol engine pairs well with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.

Customers while considering the 2021 Jeep Compass can compare it to the Hyundai Tucson, Tata Harrier, MG Hector, etc. among others. Meanwhile, expect the all-new Jeep Compass to come with a price tag between 15 Lakh – 22 Lakh (ex-showroom). Also, the Trailhawk variant of the SUV will arrive soon.
