Kia has recently revealed the 2021 Kia Carnival globally. However, Carnival now will officially launch in America as the Kia Sedona. Known as the ‘Grand Utility Vehicle’, the 2021 Kia Carnival is now longer by 40mm while the wheelbase is also stretched by 30mm.
Exterior
The facelifted Kia Carnival will be getting its fourth-generation update since its launch. Major cosmetic changes are done in the Carnival like now the MPV will come with new headlights and LED DRLs.
The new bumpers now look extremely elegant with a full-width taillight bar running at the rear end of the car. Meanwhile, Kia has also been successful in retaining the “tiger nose” element on the Carnival.
The South Korean carmaker is all set to launch the updated Kia Carnival with a wide variety of color options and numerous aluminum alloys wheels with different sizes to choose from. Kia will now offer the 17, 18 & 19-inch aluminum-alloy wheels with the premium MPV as optional.

Interior
The interior of the 2021 Kia Carnival is ready to offer the best in class luxury with many informative features. A 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster along with a similar-sized touchscreen infotainment system will provide ample information to the user.
The additional feature on offer with Carnival is the Kia live service that updates the vehicle with real-time traffic, weather forecast, parking spots, etc.
Similar to the earlier variants, Kia will continue to offer a 7-seater, 8-seater, and 11-seater variant with the Kia Carnival. The rows available will be exactly the same as before. Variant with the 7-seater configuration is ready to offer the “Premium Relaxation Seats” for the second-row occupants

Engine options
The global variant of 2021 Kia Carnival comes with 3 engine options. The 3.5-litre GDi V6 engine produces 294Ps of power and 355Nm of torque. While the another 3.5-litre MPi gasoline V6 engine produces 272Ps of power along with 332Nm of torque.
Another, 2.2-litre ‘Smartstream’ diesel engine which is also available in India produces 199Ps of power and 440Nm of torque.

2021 Kia Carnival is ready to roll out in the third quarter of this year for the Korean market. However, Kia will launch the Carnival in India next year.
