KTM has launched the all-new KTM 250 Adventure in India and the company has priced at Rs.2.48 Lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). So for the people who are looking for an affordable adventure tourer can consider the all-new KTM 250 Adventure.

DESIGN

Look-wise, KTM 250 Adventure looks similar to the 390 Adventure. Meanwhile, the bike manufacturer is offering two color schemes on the all-new 250 Adventure including :

  • Black & Orange graphics
  • Orange & White graphics

Other features such as a large fuel tank, comfortable seating with a rider-friendly position and LED DRL are also offered on the KTM 250 Adventure. However, the headlamps are still halogen unlike the LED headlight that the 390 Adventure offers.

FEATURES

Coming to the features, it comes with dual-channel ABS that can be turned off when Off-Road mode is on. However, the LCD instrument cluster on the KTM 250 Adventure doesn’t get smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth.

BRAKES & SUSPENSION

Meanwhile, braking duties on the adventure tourer works under a 320mm disc at the front and a 230mm disc at the rear. Apart from this, it gets an off-road oriented WP APEX suspension that enhances its offroad capability.

ENGINE

At the heart, the all-new KTM 250 Adventure gets a BS6 compliant 248cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. Meanwhile, it produces 30BHP of power @ 9,000 RPM with a peak torque of 24Nm @ 7500 RPM. Apart from this, the engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox with slip and assist clutch.

In India, the all-new offering by KTM does not have any direct rival. However, it will rival the Royal Enfield Himalayan and BMW G310 GS after the company starts the delivery of the all-new bike.
