Lamborghini has recently achieved a huge milestone by delivering the 100th unit of Urus in India. The Italian carmaker is also overwhelmed by the response Urus is getting here. However, to celebrate this moment while keeping in mind the increase in demand, Lamborghini has finally launched the Urus Pearl Capsule Edition in India.

The price of the Capsule Edition can only be valued on basis of the number of customisations. However, customers will have to pay the price of the standard Urus which currently stands at Rs.3.15 Crores (ex-showroom) while going for the Capsule Edition.

Lamborghini Urus Pearl Capsule Edition

So basically, Lamborghini Urus Pearl Capsule Edition will be available with multiple customisation options that are not only limited to looks. However, customers can also opt for the performance mods as well. According to the Italian carmaker giant, the all-new Pearl Capsule Edition will allow customers to unlock all the potential of Urus. In terms of looks, one can witness the limited edition Urus with multiple shades of dual-tone color schemes.

The list includes colors such as Verde Mantis, Giallo Inti and Arancio Borealis. The exterior upgradation does not stop here as the all-new Lamborghini Urus Pearl Capsule Edition will now run on a set of 23-inch alloy wheels. These wheels now get a gloss black finishing. Further, there are similarly colored wing mirrors, wheel arches and body cladding that improves the sportier appeal of the Urus to a great extent.

Inside the cabin, it will come with dual-tone seats finished in Alcantara. Further, even the steering wheel and dashboard now comes finished with the same fabric. Apart from this, it is also the first connected Lamborghini that provides safety and entertainment while making the cabin feature-loaded just like any other luxury SUV.

Powering the Lamborghini Urus Capsule Edition is a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine that is capable of producing a massive 650HP. The peak torque from this motor stands at 850 while being mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox. Further, Urus comes with a four-wheel-drive powertrain alongside an adaptive suspension setup.

Rivals

In India, Lamborghini Urus goes head-on against the likes of Audi RSQ8, Bentley Bentayga and Aston Martin DBX to name a few. However, do give a look at how its rivals perform in the real world.

Bentley has recently launched the all-new Bentayga with a starting price tag of Rs.4.10 Crores (ex-showroom). Under the hood, it comes with a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 motor that is capable of producing 542HP alongside a peak torque of 770Nm. The 2021 Bentayga now feels more mature when compared to its outgoing counterpart.

Audi RS Q8 and Lamborgini Urus are almost similar to each other in multiple ways. However, performance-wise, Audi RS Q8 can do a 0-100kmph sprint in just 3.8 seconds while Urus does the same sprint in just 3.5 seconds. The top speed of Audi RS Q8 and Lamborghini Urus stands at the same 305 kmph.
