Renault has finally decided to launch its upcoming sub 4-meter SUV on 15th February. The all-new Renault Kiger is expected to come with a price tag under Rs.5.49 Lakh. Apart from this, Renault has also started bookings for the upcoming Kiger as well.

Multiple color schemes including Mahogany Brown, Caspian Blue, Moonlight Grey, Planet Grey, Ice Cool White and Radiant Red with Mystery Black Roof are available with the all-new Renault Kiger. Apart from this, the SUV runs on a set of 16-inch alloy wheels that looks extremely premium. However, it will not get a sunroof on offer.
Inside the cabin, Renault Kiger will come with a floating 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Further, it supports Android Auto as well as Apple CarPlay. Also, there is a multi-color all-digital TFT instrument cluster that displays almost all the details required by the driver.
Under the hood, Renault Kiger will be available with either a 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol or a 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine. Apart from this, the first one will come mated to a five-speed manual or an AMT gearbox. Meanwhile, the latter one is expected to come with a CVT or 5-speed manual transmission.
When launched, Renault Kiger will directly compete against the likes of Nissan Magnite in terms of price. However, there are other rivals such as Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue and Kia Sonet among others.
