Suzuki has recently announced a price hike on the Gixxer 250 range. Precisely, Suzuki Gixxer 250 will now cost Rs.1,67,700 and the top-spec Gixxer 250 SF will now be available at Rs.1,78,400 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Meanwhile, when compared to the earlier price tags, these bikes are now costlier by Rs.2,073. Interestingly, the all-new Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 Moto GP edition now comes with a price tag of Rs.1,79,200.

Starting with the features, both the motorcycles do not receive any updates. Further, the list remains the same with an all-LED headlight, dual-channel ABS, fully digital instrument cluster alongside a dual-tip exhaust setup.

What powers Suzuki Gixxer 250 Range?

At the heart, the Gixxer 250 Range comes with a 249cc oil-cooled engine. This engine is capable of churning out a maximum of 26.13BHP alongside 22.2Nm of torque. Further, both the bikes are available with a six-speed gearbox.

Currently, Suzuki Gixxer 250 range goes head-on against the Bajaj Dominar 250 and Yamaha FZ25. Interestingly, Suzuki has sold around 57,000 units of motorcycles and scooters in India. This way the Japanese bike manufacturer has managed to bag a hike of around 2% in total sales when compared to the same month in the year 2020. Further, Suzuki has noticed a 19.38% drop in terms of export. Apart from this, Suzuki has also altered the price of the Gixxer 150 and Intruder 150.
