Tata Punch
Exterior & Design
Based on the ALFA Architecture, Tata Punch is around 3827mm in length, 1947mm wide, 1615mm tall and comes with a wheelbase that stands at 2445mm in length. Just like the elder siblings, Punch sports split headlight with DRLs on the top. The side profile of the same features a large set of 16-inch alloy wheels with sportier LED taillights at the rear.
A palette full of exciting exterior shades including – Atomic Orange, Calypso Red, Daytona Grey, Tropical Mist, Meteor Bronze, Orcus White and Tornado Blue offers the customers a wide variety of customisation options. Interestingly, the carmaker has also announced to introduce several dual-tone shades with Black and White roof options.
Interior
On the inside, the all-new hatchback will be featuring a typical Tata design language. With a body coloured AC vents, multi-functional steering wheel, 7-inch Harman touchscreen infotainment system, etc it does remain feature rich.
To be specific, there are four Personas including Pure, Adventure, Accomplished and Creative depending upon the requirement of the customers. Precisely, they are also the variants and hence multiple features offered will surely depend upon the variant the upcoming buyers will choose.
Safety
For occupants safety, it is available with class-leading safety features such as dual airbags, ABS, Brake Sway Control, ISOFIX child seat mounts, seat belt reminder and EBD to name a few.
Engine & Powertrain
Powering the all-new Tata Punch is a 1.2-litre three-cylinder naturally-aspirated petrol engine. The overall output from this unit is currently rated at 86PS and 113Nm while being paired either to a 5-speed manual or an automatic gearbox.
Interestingly, it is the AMT variant that features a TractionPro mode. Apart from this, it is also available with twin drive modes including – City and Eco.
