TVS has launched a single-channel ABS variant of the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V in India. With this launch, TVS is trying to expand the Apache RTR trim making it affordable by ₹5000. Meanwhile, the all-new TVS Apache RTR 200 4V Super Moto ABS variant comes with a price tag of ₹1,23,500. TVS is still offering the same color schemes on the single-channel ABS variant including Gloss Black and Pearl White.
TVS Apache RTR 200 4V draws its power from a 197.75cc single-cylinder, four-stroke, four-valve oil-cooled engine. With a 5-speed gearbox, this engine produces 20.5Ps of power and 16.8Nm of torque. Features such as LED headlamp with DRLs, fully digital speedometer, aggressive tank cowl, engine cowl, racing seat, race-inspired graphic and pilot lamps come as standard. The all-new TVS Apache RTR 200 4V Super Moto also gets the smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth with the SmartXonnect feature.
The TVS Apache RTR 200 4V measures 2050mm in length, 790mm in width and 1050mm in height. Meanwhile, the naked bike weighs 153 kgs with a fuel tank capacity of 12-litres. With the introduction of the new single-channel Super Moto ABS, TVS will continue to sell the dual-channel ABS variant of Apache RTR 200 4V.
TVS Apache RTR 200 4V with the single-channel Super Moto ABS will directly rival the Bajaj Pulsar NS 200. Meanwhile, the dual-channel ABS variant of the Apache RTR 200 4V comes at a price tag of ₹1,28,550 (all-prices, ex-showroom, Delhi)
