A 15-day free digital certification program is offered by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Strategic Business Unit — iON and any undergraduate and graduate students from any stream can apply to build up employability skills. A program called “Career Edge-Young Professional” is available to all for free of cost. The interested candidates can apply on the official website of tcsion.com.
The communique of the company says that this course will be helpful for the job seekers to improve their core employability skills such as communication, collaboration, business etiquette, finance and digital literacy. The course is covered in 14 modules consisting of accounting, information technology, artificial intelligence behaviour, communication, and basic skills.
Duration Of The Course:
The course duration is of 15 days and applicants have to complete 7-10 hours of course work per week. It is an online self-paced course. W-learners can complete each module in 1-2 hours.
TCS iON Digital Learning Program: Content Of The Course
The course content contains videos, presentations, readings, and recorded webinars by TCS experts. At the end of the module, the students are required to undergo a self-assessment test to assess their understanding of the concept. Upon successful completion of the course, they will be given a personalized certificate.
Strengthening linguistic and non-verbal communication abilities, enhancing presentation creation, building soft skills for the workplace, generating effective resumes and cover letters, and ace of corporate interviews are among the 14 modules of the TCS iON Digital Learning Program. Students will also learn business etiquette, how to write efficient emails, and the fundamentals of accounting and artificial intelligence as part of the curriculum. Learning fundamental IT skills can also be aided by listening to TCS technology professionals. All of these students can also use the monitored digital discussion room to ask questions and exchange ideas.
