Flipkart is celebrating its 10 successful years of operation. To bliss the customers, Flipkart has started with a program. Under this program, company’s employees will visit customers across the country during the month of July.
The program will feature top executives including CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy and numerous employees across business functions. They will participate to acknowledge and thank customers for their relentless support and belief in the company over the past 10 years.
The area where this program is planned includes mainly tier-2,3 and 4 towns like Amritsar, Bhopal, Cuttack, Guwahati, Indore, Jamnagar, Nashik, Patna and Vijaywada.
Besides, this program will also help the e-commerce employees to hear first-hand reviews about Flipkart and collect feedback for the betterment of the firm. The ideas will help the company to grow especially in these emerging market. The visits will also offer an opportunity for Flipkart to learn more about how customers live, the products they are interested in buying, and the kind of solutions they require.
