The automobile sales were seen to be lower than expected this festive season due to various factors which included high fuel prices, insurance costs and a fall in the stock market.
Maruti Suzuki India is offering discounts, benefits and exchange schemes across its segment via NEXA dealers who are offering the entire range of premium vehicles at discounts which include Baleno, Ciaz, Ignis, and S-Cross.
Both the automatic and manual variants of Maruti Ignis are available at discounts and benefits of up to ₹85,000. The year-end offer also includes a ₹25,000 exchange bonus. The Ignis hatchback is exclusively available in a 1.2-liter petrol engine with a 5-speed manual and AMT.
Maruti Baleno is a premium hatchback offering and is available in a discount scheme which offers ₹40,000 discount which also includes a ₹15,000 exchange bonus. The Baleno is in competition with the Hyundai Jazz and i20. Its sales crossed the 5 Lakhs mark past year.
Discounts on the Maruti Suzuki Ciaz extend to up to ₹70,000 on lower end Sigma and Delta variants while the higher end Zeta and Alpha variants come in with offers up to ₹50,000. Maruti S-Cross comes with bearing discounts and benefits of up to ₹75,000, powered by a 1.3-liter diesel engine.
