On Tuesday, IT company Mastek announced the appointment of former Wipro senior executive Hiral Chandrana as its new Global Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mastek Group, w.e.f, July 06, 2021. Hiral will be based out of the US.

Hiral has a record of over two and half decades of global experience in IT Services and Solutions across various industries.  Before joining Wipro, he worked as  Chief Digital And Information Advisor at Valqari.  He has also been President and Board Advisor at Sunera Technologies Inc. ( Sunera Tech) from Jan 2020 to March 2021. As per his LinkedIn account, he has committed his efforts to  Wipro Limited, Electronic Data Systems (now part of DXC Technology) in business leadership roles.

In his last role during a 14-year stint at Wipro, he was a Senior Vice President & Global Head, Business Application Services. Hiral has completed his MS and MBA from the US after Mechanical Engineering in India.
