“My relationship with my brother Mukesh Ambani is cordial, meaningful and full of respect. So any speculation is completely unnecessary,” said Anil Ambani on 2 June.
Reliance Communications Chairperson Mr. Anil Ambani announced that his relationship with his elder brother is healthy. He also added that their telecom companies will continue to remain discrete even after certain tie-ups.
Both the brothers had divided their father’s business equally about a decade ago.
Responding to the people’s query Anil Ambani justified that both the companies will remain separate but can do collaborations if necessary.
“We will have strategic cooperation in terms of spectrum, fiber, intra-circle roaming, towers and any other areas, which can bring synergies, cost savings and that is a strategic roadmap, which will continue,” he said.
