Narendra Modi 3 years government achievements

PM Narendra Modi is on a two day visit to his home state Gujarat, this being his third visit this year. He laid the foundation stone for six projects worth ₹993 crore for developing Kandla port in Gujarat and inaugurated the pumping station at Bhachau.

While addressing the gathering during the occasion PM called Kandla as ‘mini India’ and stressed on the development of ports, saying that good ports are essential for the nation’s progress. He further added that Kandla has emerged as one of the finest ports in Asia and with a few more development in line, it will soon pave its path on the global trade map, apart from having strong links with Iran’s Chabahar port.

During the inauguration at Bhachau, PM spoke about the tremendous efforts shown by the Gujarat government for conservation of water and the efforts can be seen clearly. He appreciated the state government’s resolve to make water accessible to people that has brought Narmada water to the doorsteps of Kutch residents. He also said that Kutch can be considered as an idle and others should learn how to save water from it.

PM Narendra Modi is also scheduled to attend the opening session of the annual meeting of the African Development Bank in Gandhinagar.
