Dentsu International announces the appointment of the new Chief Equity Officer in APAC, Rashmi Vikram.
Rashmi joins Dentsu from Microsoft, where headed as Group Diversity & Inclusivity Practice Lead. Her responsibilities included creating “inclusive” products and services for Microsoft’s customers.
“I am passionate about the work I do and am excited to be working with the global, regional and country teams at Dentsu to champion, reinforce and build an inclusive culture,” Vikram added in her new role.
Before working at Microsoft, Rashmi was the country head for India at Community Business, an NGO that works on inclusive business practices in Asia. She also worked as a diversity & inclusion specialist at Thomson Reuters.
Vikram Bhasin, the precedent of Rashmi, will be joining Christina Pyle, chief equity officer, Americas and recently appointed Pauline Miller, chief equity officer, EMEA.
