India’s largest private lender, HDFC has inaugurated its Festive Treat 3.0 campaign offering over 10,000 options on personal loans, cards and EMIs. The bank has teamed up with 10,000 merchants across the country in more than 100 locations so that it can offer the benefits of deals to its customers in accordance with their personal and business needs

The spectrum of credit card offerings, according to HDFC Bank’s group head of payments, consumer finance, digital banking, and IT, Parag Rao, is not just about returning to the bank, but also about boosting India’s consumption narrative. Rao predicted that consumer spending would improve this year as the economy recovered from the COVID-19 lockdowns.

In December last year, the lender was prohibited from issuing new credit, but later in August this year, this ban was lifted. 

The bank has joined hands with some of the renowned domestic and international merchants like Amazon, Apple, Shoppers Stop, LG, Sony Samsung, Ajio Reliance Trend. 

With the help of local merchants like Vijay Sales, Pothy’s, DigiOne, GRT Jewellers, Sargam electronics and many others, HDFC has targeted the regional Customers as well.

With availing of such offers, customers get the opportunity to enjoy cashback and no-cost EMI on premium smartphones, they can also avail of offers on electronics and personal loans starting at 10.25 per cent with instant disbursal in the account. 

Customers will also get the option to get car and two-wheeler loans at discounted interest rates and zero foreclosure charges.

Some of the key highlights of HDFC festive treats are:

– Up to 22.5% cashback and no-cost EMI on electronic appliances 

– Cashback Offer on iPhone 13. No cost EMI offer on other premium mobiles

– Up to 100% funding on two-wheeler loans at four per cent lesser interest rates

– 50% discount on processing fee on commercial vehicle loans

– Collateral free business loans of up to Rs 75 lakh plus 50% discount on processing fee.

-Zero Processing Fee, up to 90 per % funding on tractor loans

– Lending for cars starting at 7.50% with Zero Foreclosure charges
