AIIMS Recruitment 2017 – Apply Online for 196 Faculty Positions: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Rishikesh has published a notification for the recruitment of 196 Faculty (Group-A) of Professor, Additional Professor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor vacancies on direct recruitment basis. Eligible and interested candidates may apply online from 17-06-2017 at 10:00 am to 31-07-2017 upto 23:59 pm. You could read the other necessary details like age limit, educational criteria, selection mode, application fee & how to apply are stated below for your convenience.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be not more than 50 years as on 31-07-2017. Age relaxation is applicable by 5 years for SC/ ST, 3 years for OBC candidates in accordance with precribed rules.
- Educational Qualification:
- For Medical candidates: Candidates should posess a medical qualification (e.g. MBBS) included in I or II schedule or part II of third schedule to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and PG qualification like MD/ MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in respective discipline/ subject and/ or M.Ch. for surgical super- specialties and D.M. for Medical super specialties (2/ 3/ 5 years recognized course) or qualification recognized equivalent thereto with relevant teaching or research experience.
- For Non-Medical Candidates: Candidates should posess a PG qualification like Master degree in M.Sc. (Human Anatomy)/ M.Sc. (Medical Physiology/ Physiology)/ M.Sc. (Medical Biochemistry/ Biochemistry)/ M.Sc. (Medical Pharmacology/ Pharmacology) with Doctorate degree of a recognized university with relevant teaching or research experience.
- For Tutor/ Clinical Instructor: Candidates should posess a B.Sc. Nursing Degree from a recognised Institution/University with Registered Nurse/ Midwife in nursing council with 3 years of experience in teaching Institution.
- Selection Process: Candidates shall be shortlisted and called for interview.
- Application Fee: For General and other category, candidates are liable to pay Rs. 3000 whereas for SC/ ST/ OPH candidates, fee payable is Rs.1000/- , through online mode only.
