NABARD Recruitment 2017 – Apply Online for 91 Assistant Manager Posts: National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has published a notification for the recruitment of 91 Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ vacancies for different disciplines in the Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS). Eligible candidates may apply online from 19-06-2017 to 10-07-2017. Other required information such as  age limit, educational qualification, selection process, application fee & how to apply are specified below:

  • Age Limit: Candidates must fall between 21 to 30 years as on 01-06-2017, i.e. the applicants who are born between 2-06-1987 and  01-06-1996 s preferred.  Age relaxation shall be admissible for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD category candidates in accordance with GOI instructions.
  • Educational Qualification:
  • Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in any subject from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (for SC/ ST/ PWD applicants, it is 45%)  or Post Graduation Degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or Ph.D (For, SC/ ST/ PWD applicants, it is 45%) for S.No. a
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with 50% marks in aggregate or Ph.D (For SC/ ST/ PWD applicants, it is 45%) or Post Graduation Degree in Economics/ Agriculture Economics with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University (SC/ ST/ PWD applicants, it is 45%)  for S.No. b,
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture from any recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (SC/ ST/ PWD applicants – 45%) in aggregate or Post Graduation Degree in Agriculture with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for S.No. c,
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering with 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University or holding a PG degree in Agricultural Engineering with 50% marks in aggregate in any engineering discipline for S.No. d,
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture from any recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks (For SC applicants, 45%) in aggregate or Post Graduation Degree in Horticulture with a minimum of 50% marks (SC applicants 45%) in aggregate for S.No. e Posts with adequate experience.   • Selection Process: Candidates shall be selected on the basis of  Preliminary Examination, Main Examination & Interview.
  • Application Fee: For General category, and others, applicants are required to pay Rs.800/- (Application Fee -Rs.650/- + Intimation charges- Rs.150/-) while for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates, only Intimation charges of Rs.150 are applicable  through payment gateway by using only Master/ Visa/ Rupay Debit or Credit Cards or Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets. The staff is exempted from the payment.
