TCL electronics has launched its new smart TV models in India. The new models are called TCL C6 and TCL P8 and come with 4K support as well as 30W audio. The two models are based on Android OS–running Android Oreo–and are powered by octa-core processors. Apart from TCL C6 and TCL P8, TCL has also launched its tower and soundbar and Bluetooth wireless headphones. The company has partnered up with various major video streaming platforms such as ALTBalaji, Eros Now, Jio Cinema, and Voot among others. The partnership has been established to offer up over 950,000 hours of premium digital content in 25 languages and across five genres to TCL customers.

The TCL C6 comes in two sizes: 55-inch and 65-inch, while the TCL P8 comes in a single 85-inch size. The company has also provided 10-point white balance and a micro-dimming technology. Moreover, both the TV models are said to offer wide color gamut.

In terms of pricing, the 55-inch TCL C6 is priced at ₹59,999 while the 65-inch model of the TV is priced at ₹88,990. The TCL P8, on the other hand, comes with a price tag of ₹1,99,990.

The TCL C6 and TCL P8 smart TV models have quad-core CPU, dual-core GPU, and 16GB of onboard storage. The models also support Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. The TCL C6 comes with 2.5GB DDR3 RAM while the TCL P8 comes with 2GB of DDR3 RAM.

Since the TV models are based on the Android TV platform, they come with various Google service support including Google Play Games, Google Play Movies & TV, and YouTube. There is also a Google Assistant support as well as accessibility for voice search, Netflix and Spotify. Moreover, according to the company, the two models come integrated with Chromecast.

Additionally, TCL has also brought a tower and soundbar as well as wired and wireless headphones.  TCL also launched its 520L and 545L smart refrigerators, smart washing machines, and smart ACs in India.
