ABOUT SCHOOL
The Army Public School Co-Educational – English Medium school which is spread over 10 Acres. The school has Natural – Pollution free environment and disciplined atmosphere. It also has Mobile Messaging Information System and CCTV System to monitor school discipline. The school is completely furnished and completely technical. The Army Public School is affiliated to the Central Board Of Secondary Education or CBSE, New Delhi and also managed by Government Schools Army Welfare Education Society (AWES). The aim of the school is not only to ease to gain knowledge but also to develop modern viewpoint, multidimensional personality & a sense of discipline.
ADMISSIONS
- For Class 1: Students who have attained 5 years of age by 31st March will be given fresh admission without any Entrance Test.
- For Class XI: If the student wants admission in class XI, he will be admitted on the basis of the grade card of the 10th.
- For Class X & XII:
New admissions will not be entertained for the class 10th and 12th. If there is any transfer case from another army school, then that will be accepted. - Class II to IX: Wards of Army personnel from any other army schools are always open for admission.
- Students of other schools have to appear for the entrance test.
- Wards of Civilians are given admission on merit basis in the entrance test.
Documents required for admission are:
1. Transfer Certificate in case of transfer
2. Mark Sheet of the previous class.
3. ST/ST/OBC Certificate, if the student does not belong to the general category.
4. Child’s latest passport-size photograph.
