CBSE clarifies on dates for pending board examinations; says no decision yet

CBSE announced that it has not yet thought of any dates for resuming the board exams. The Central Board of Secondary Education said that they are continuously observing the situation and will take a decision soon.

Meanwhile parents as well as students have been urging boards with different type of queries related to boards.

Observing the current scenario of the country it can be stated that the Board will be able to come up with the decision only after the lockdown eases. Only after taking a look at the situation, the board will be able to say when it would start off with resuming the exam.

On March 18, the board was able to conduct the exams, further examinations were postponed keeping in view of the current situation nationwide. The practical exams are already over, only the theory papers are left.

Out of total 41 papers which are left out, the board has decided to conduct only 29 exams which would include the main papers for science, commerce and arts.

In the first phase only, the decision of foregoing board exams for class 11 was announced. Once the condition turns out to be better for students we will look forward to the exams says CBSE board.
