CBSE class 12 results 2017

After the order of high court, which had asked CBSE to re-include the scrapped marks moderation policy, CBSE has delayed its results by a day or two.

According to the sources in CBSE, the results of class 12 will not be announced on 24th May, as it was being speculated before. CBSE has not got the copy of high court verdict and it will decide on further actions after the same. CBSE had earlier announced that a notification will be displayed on the website of CBSE, 24 hours prior to the result announcement. So far, there is no such notification, which confirms that the results are highly unlikely today.

To declare the results, CBSE has tied up with a few other private websites, which will declare the results as well at the same time. This is to ensure that the students do not panic if servers crash after the result announcement.

Top universités like Delhi University have already started to admit students for the next academic year and that has worried the CBSE students. However, a recent report by a leading news channel had confirmed that the results will be announced before May 27 anyhow.

How to check class 12 CBSE results

  • Users can go to CBSEResults.nic.in and enter their roll number and date of birth to check results.
  • Some other websites like IndiaResults.com will also declare results. So if CBSEResults does not work, users can take help of other websites.
