Online Applications for Common Law Admission Test will be starting from Thursday, January 10 onwards, according to the recent notifications released by the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi on its official website, for which the link has been provided below:

As per the official website, the National Law University, Odisha will conduct the Common Law Admission Test on May 12, 2019. The Application forms will be available for a period of 30 days.

Candidates who clear the CLAT 2019 will be eligible for admission to undergraduate and graduate courses in 21 NLUs across India.

This year, for the first time, the CLAT exam will include subjective type questions. The Exam will be conducted in offline mode for a duration of 2 hours. Students will have to answer 200 MCQ questions.

The Syllabus of the exam includes 5 sections namely – Logical reasoning, legal aptitude, GK and Current Affairs, Elementary Maths and English. Whereas for CLAT 2019 PG exam, students will have 150 MCQ type questions which have to be completed within 2 Hrs. There will be 3 sections namely – Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law and other law related subjects studied earlier.

Steps to apply for the application process, beginning from January 10, are as follows:

Step 1- Visit the official website http://clat.ac.in.

Step 2- Click on the link that says ‘CLAT 2019 Apply’

Step 3: Register and Login through the new username and password.

Step 4: Fill the Application form with all the required details.

Step 5- Upload the Photograph and signature as per the required specifications.

Step 6- Pay the requisite fees
