The Online application process for Common Law Admission Test began from Sunday, January 13, 2019. The aspirant candidates can fill their applications at the official website, for which the link is provided below:

The Last date to apply for the CLAT 2019 is March 31, 2019.

The Entrance Exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 12, 2019. CLAT is the entrance exam for securing admission to National Law Universities (NLU’s). The exam will be conducted by NLU, Cuttack (Odisha) this year.

Steps to apply for CLAT 2019 are:

Step 1: Go to the official website clat.ac.in and click on ‘apply online.

Step 2: Register yourself by using e-mail ID and mobile number.

Step 3: Then click new registration and enter name, email-id and mobile number.

Step 4: A provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system.  An email and SMS indicating the provisional registration number and password will be sent.

Step 5: Use this number and password to log in to fill the online application.

The Exam will constitute 200 questions for 200 marks. The Exam will be of two hours. and there is negative marking of 0.25 mark for each wrong answer.

The syllabus include comprehension, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability), Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
