The Higher Education Department of Uttar Pradesh has commenced the registrations for the counseling process of the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Exam or UPJEE 2021.

This year, 1,74,770 candidates had qualified for the UP JEE exam. These candidates are eligible for registering themselves for the counseling session.

As per the updates, the counseling will be conducted in two rounds. And for the registration in JEECUP counseling 2021, aspirants need to log in by using their roll number, password, and their security pin.

The first round of counseling is held only for the domicile holders of Uttar Pradesh. This round is of two-day tenure. From 15 to 16 September 2021, students can register and complete their choice fillings to lock their seats.

The results of seat allotment will be released on 17 September.

There will also be two rounds of seat allotment. The authorities have released the list of counseling help centers at their official website jeecup.nic.in. The help centers are based in Agra, Aligarh, Amethi, Gorakhpur, Prayagraj, and few other cities.

Candidates who have cleared the JEECUP 2021 can simply register themselves for the counseling round. They can check their result at the official website of UP JEE 2021.

Registrations for the counseling round can be done by simply following the steps mentioned-

  • Go to the official website of JEECUP 2021.
  • Now click on the “Online registration and choice filling for JEECUP round 1” link.
  • Key in your roll number, password, and security pin.
  • Click on sign in.
  •  Fill in the required details and select preferred choices of college and courses.
  •  Lock the filled choices and click on the “Submit” button.

After the registrations process is completed, the seat allotment list will be released as per the scores of appearing candidates, the merit and, cutoff scores.
