The applications for the Admissions in Delhi Nursery Schools 2020 has begun from November 28 as per the schedule released by the DOE (Directorate of Education), New Delhi. The Directorate of Education (DOE) manages the city’s public school system.
Important Admission Instructions to follow:
- The Last Date to submit the application forms is December 27.
- The First and Second lists of the selected students will be out on January 24 and February 12.
- The Admission Form costs ₹25 which is non-refundable.
- A Grievance Redressal period has been formed, from January 27 to January 3 to answer the questions and problems of the parents regarding their child.
- The Age Limit : 3 years, 4 years and 5 years respectively by March 31 as per the class. For KG: Less than 5 years, For Nursery: Less than 4 years and Class 1: Less than 6 years.
The DOE has asked all the private schools to upload their admission forms online with admission criteria till 28/11/2019 or else, they will be barred from admission.
All Private Unaided Schools must upload their selection criteria for children with Disabilities under the provisions of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
No school can charge money for school prospectus as they are not compulsory.
