The Government of India has announced to launch a digital training programme called as “E-Saksham” Project. The program is designed by the Ministry of Education (MoE) in Association with All India Council for technical education (AICTE) and Cyber peace Foundation (CPF).

This program is specially designed for college students and teacher which will majorly focus on training for the development of skills in cyber security and digital safety. The government aims to train around 5 lakh students and educators through this online program.

The e-saksham program will be conducted at four different training levels. Each level of training will create 25000 cyber peace Corps volunteers and 500 fellows. All this volunteers will contribute in the formation of  about 50 cyber peace clubs in the country.

Each level of program will have different duration and different curriculum of online training. The difficulty of Concept will increase from level 1 to level 4.

At level 1 the basic concepts of cyber security, Netiquettes and modern technologies will be explained. This topic will be further briefly explain as the training advances to level 4.

At each level number of volunteers will will be shortlisted according to their performance in an assessment test at the end of each level.

The shortlisted participants can enroll themselves in the Cyber Peace Corps internship programme and can work on ongoing as well as independent projects, according to their field of interest.

At the final level, level 4, 500 cyber peace fellows will be shortlisted through a series of assessments. The shortlisted candidates will be eligible for 30 days intense training session in the cyber industry on behalf of the government.

On successful completion of this training program, the participant will be awarded with a certificate from the AICTE and cyber peace Foundation.
