Delhi University has started DU 2nd Cut Off 2020 Admission on October 19, 2020, and would remain open till October 21. The fee payment window would remain active till October 23. Students who applied for the admission process complained of experiencing technical glitches, problems in fee payment. More than 9000 students have already applied on Day 1.

As per data shared by the varsity, 9785 students have already applied for the admission round out of which 2580 students’ application has been approved and 2602 students have paid the fees.

Many popular courses were closed for admission after the first cut-off list admission, while for some courses a minor decline was noticed in the cut-off. Around 50 percent of the seats have already been filled under the first cut off list. The varsity has 70,000 undergraduate seats out of which almost 35,000 seats have been filled.

As per the officials, there has been a substantial increase in admission this year because of the process being online and giving an opportunity to many outstation students to apply sitting in the comfort of their homes. However, students also have the option of cancelling or withdrawing their admissions and migrating to another college if they meet the cut-off while remaining at home.

The third cut-off list is expected to release on October 24 and the admission for the same would begin on October 26, 2020. As per reports, the cut offs for most courses will remain high in the third cut-off list, but for many courses, the cut-off has either decreased or have been closed down.
