The Delhi University (DU) has began the online registration process to grant admissions on over 70,000 seats of various merit-based Undergraduate (UG) courses offered at the affiliated colleges.
The UG registration portal went live on 2nd August, 3 PM Onwards. Interested candidates can register themselves on the official websites of DU, http://du.ac.in and http://admission.uod.ac.in.
The application portal will remain open till August 31. The registration process for admission in postgraduate (PG), MPhil and PhD courses is also underway which commenced on July 26.
The university will also open a special window for UG students to update their Class 12 marks at a later stage. This provision is made because still there are many states who have not declared their Class 12 Board Exam results.
This year, DU has shifted the admissions completely to online mode due to the restrictions of COVID-19 pandemic. Processes like document verification of students, fee submission and seat conformation will also be completed online.
Similarly like previous year, the students this year will not need to choose their course or college while filling the registration form. The students are eligible to take admission in any college or course as per their preference and eligibility.
For the courses which has Entrance exam-based admission process, the DUET (Delhi University Entrance Test) 2021 will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) between 26th September and October 1.

- A Passport Size Photograph
- Scanned copy of Candidate’s Signature
- Class 10 Marksheet
- Class 12 Marksheet (If results are declared)
- Aadhar Card or Any valid ID proof
- Caste Certificate
Steps to submit the registration form for DU UG Admissions 2021;
- Visit the official website of Delhi University Admissions 2021 at http://admission.uod.ac.in.
- On the home page, click on the link provided for “UG Admission Portal 2021” under the Registration link section.
- You will be redirected to a new page.
- Here, Click on the option for “New Registration”
- Fill all the required details in designated sections and Click on Register.
- Now, upload all the required documents as per the mentioned rules and pay the registration fees.
- On payment confirmation, your registration will be completed.
- Download and save a copy of your application form for any future references.
